| Registration is simple! To register, simply follow the link below to register for the 2011-12 season. In addition, make sure you complete the three forms on the "Forms" tab and turn these in at signups or provide to your team manager.
A few notes:
1. Please use the exact name as shown on the birth certificate.
2. When choosing a program, click "Travel".
3. Has player been rostered to a team in USYS in travel for 2011-2012? answer "No".
4. Number of years played, use an approximate amount.
5. Be sure to fill out all information and add your current email address.
6. Be sure to check your information before you click "yes" to validate.
